A responsive hospital queue management system designed to streamline patient flow, reduce waiting time, and optimize staff efficiency.
Project Overview
As the lead developer, I designed and implemented a Hospital Queue Management System (QMS) using Laravel, Livewire, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript. The system supports real-time token generation, queue status management (call, standby, no-show, end, complete), and smart routing based on service types and staff availability. I also developed REST APIs for seamless integration with hospital systems. The system incorporates advanced modules like multi-step service workflows, appointment scheduling, shift and break management, and role-based dashboards with exportable reports.
